Are the nails reuseable?

Yes! With proper care you can wear your sets multiple times.

What material are the nails made out of?

All of our nail tips are made of soft gel. The nails are then painted using gel products.

How do I find my sizes?

We have a full page dedicated to all of our sizing information. You can find it here.

How long does it take to get my order?

Currently, there is a 2–5 business day processing time on all orders. Order volume will determine the time it takes to process and make your set within that time frame. All orders are made in the order they are received in the system.

Shipping time (as in the time your order is turned over to the carrier) will be determined by the carrier you select at checkout.

When do you ship?

We ship packages every Monday & Thursday.

Do you take custom orders?

Can I change a color or remove charms from a set?

Yes, certain simple alterations can be made on pre-designed sets. Color changes and embellishment removals are accepted with approval. Please email us for any change requests.

Do you have any social media accounts?

There we will post launch announcements, behind the scenes, sneak peeks, and other fun content!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only offering shipping in the U.S.

Policies

Processing

  • All orders have a current processing time of 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays. Exact time is determined by the current order volume. All orders are made and shipped in order of purchase.
  • Processing times are subject to change during large launches, sales, holidays, etc...
  • Our current shipping schedule where we drop off your order to the carrier is Monday & Thursday.

Shipping

  • Shipping times & costs are determined by the carrier selected at checkout. Once we drop off your package to the carrier, we have no control over it any longer.
  • We currently offer free shipping for orders over $75 and for sizing kits.
  • At this time, we are only shipping in the U.S.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

  • Due to sanitary reasons and the custom handmade nature of our products we cannot accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Each set is made just for you, which is why it's important to size correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect customer sizing. We have sizing kits available for purchase to help ensure that you order the right sizes.
