Ordering a sizing kit is the best and most accurate way to find your sizes. Measuring manually can often have a larger margin of error which can potentially result in you ordering the wrong sizes. With a sizing kit, you get actual nails to measure directly on your nail beds.

Après is the only brand offered in XL sizes as it is the only tip brand with a 00 size option. We will soon be exclusively carrying Après tips. 

Number sizing is only available for sizing kit customers.

How to use your sizing kit:

Once you receive your sizing kit all you have to do is take the nails off the card and place them on your nail beds to see which size fits each finger best! Then you can record your sizes for each hand on the space provided to keep track.

You want to make sure that the nails fit comfortably from sidewall to sidewall without pressing too hard.

• If the nail doesn't fit without having to force it down or if there are gaps of your natural nail peeking through the sides, it's too small.
• If the nail overlaps onto your skin and off your natural nail when lightly pressing, it's too big.

If you happen to be in-between sizes, it's always best to size up.

When it's time to order your set, select "Sizing Kit" for the sizing method option on the product page when placing an order. You can either enter your number sizes, or you can enter your sizes "ex: Small" if your sizes fall into our standard sizing. 

Manually measuring is another way you can find your nail sizes. Please note that in choosing this method, it can have a larger margin of error which can result in potentially ordering the wrong sizes. 

There are 2 different methods for manually measuring:

1. Soft measuring tape method.
2. Tape and ruler method.

Let's start with the soft measuring tape method.

With this method you will need a soft measuring tape to get your measurements. 

1. Using a soft measuring tape, lay the tape across the widest part of the nail bed and measure the distance from edge to edge of the nail in mm.
2. Record your sizes in mm for each nail.

Last, let's cover the tape & ruler method.

For this one you'll need clear tape (scotch tape) or a soft tape that will form to the nail (ex: masking tape or painters' tape). You'll also need a pen or marker to draw the lines on the tape. And lastly, you'll need a ruler that provides measurements in mm.

1. Using a piece of clear tape or soft tape, place the tape over your nail bed making sure it's on evenly. 
2. Use a marker/pen to draw lines on each side of your nail. Get as close to the edge as you can.
3. Remove the tape and lay on a flat surface. Using a ruler in mm measure the distance from line to line and record your sizes in mm for each nail.

Once you have your measurements you can now place your order! 

Some things to note: 

1. Before ordering, check our sizing range chart to ensure your measurements will work with the shape/length you select. For example, if your thumb size is 18 mm only Extra Short Square and Short Coffin provide a size that large. 
2. When placing your order, you'll have to select "Self-Measure" from the "Sizing Method" drop-down menu.
